Rule 1: You are to be respectful towards anyone in the Channel. You are not allowed to Spam, Swear, Flame, act offensively or spread mallicious or offensive links. Typing all in caps is considered spam.

Rule 2: Your nickname must be registered and identified. Your nickname must at least contain a part of your RuneScape Name, forum name or Real Life name. If you refuse to identify you will not be granted your rank on the IRC. When you are away we advise you to change your nick to avoid confusion.

Rule 3: (Help-) Operators reserve the right to kick and ban you if they feel you have broken any of these rules. Each ban will be recorded and if needed discussed by the IRC Team and the Leadership. If you disagree with a kick or a ban, you are to contact the Leadership.

Rule 4: If you think someone is abusing the power given to him or her by the Leadership, you are to contact the Leadership who will look into it. If possible send along chat logs.

Rule 5: The Channel's Service bot RuneScape will automaticly kick on flood, repeatitions and swearing. If you disagree with this settings, eg when you got kicked when you weren't swearing, please send the line(s) and the kick message to a member of the Leadership.

Rule 6: Guests are allowed to join our Channel as long as their link to Vita Infinitus is known by the IRC (Help-) Operators. Regular guests may be given voice access. Guests are to follow all IRC Rules while being in the channel. The IRC Team reserves the right of removing you from the channel when you break these.

Rule 7: The IRC Team consists of hand-picked members and are given the job to enforce our IRC Rules. If you disagree with these rules you are to contact the Leadership, and not the IRC Team who are only following Leadership orders.

Rule 8: We do not allow recruiting for other clans or channels. You are not allowed to invite random people into the Channel.

Rule 9: The language in the chat is English. If you wish to talk in a different language, talk in a different channel or in a query window.

Rule 10: When the channel is locked with a key do not spread this key amongst others. Refer people asking for the key to the forums or tell them to message a member of the Leadership.

Rule 11: You are to obey to (Help-) Operators in the Channel. If you fail to do this you can and will be kicked and possibly banned.
